Delivery approach
Each piece of work starts with a short scoping conversation. We agree a fixed price before work begins, and test new workflows on non-live or made-up data before anything goes into production. Any change to data handling, hosting or access is agreed in writing beforehand, not discovered afterwards.

- Support: response times are set in the contract for each engagement rather than one blanket figure, since a content update and a portal outage don't need the same response

The email triage pilot, specifically
Helen and Flynn, our email triage pilot, is still being shaped and has not yet been deployed into a live public-sector inbox. Before any connection we agree in writing what data it can see, where it runs, which AI provider is used, what it can do automatically and what a person must check first. It is tested on made-up data before it touches a real mailbox.
